River Kids Children's Ministry
In River Kids Children’s Ministry, we teach Bible lessons that are age-appropriate and relevant to today's children. We use games, music, puppets, drama and video to reinforce life changing Biblical truths. You and your children are invited to check out our programs during any weekend service and Wednesday night and experience our commitment to working with every family in laying a spiritual foundation children can build their lives on.

In River Kids, we want to create an environment where kids desire to come to Jesus and keep coming back to Him each week. We offer high-energy, age-appropriate programs that consist of songs, games and creative teaching. Our facilities are jam-packed with fun and excitement!
Our weekly children's activities meet at the same time as adult services and Life Groups. So while you are experiencing the creative, life-changing worship services of Flint River Baptist Church, your children are experiencing it as well!
Safety & Security
At The River, we strive to provide a safe, fun place for your children to learn more about God. We want them to know that they are loved and valued. We conduct reference checks and background checks on all volunteers who work with children. Our rooms are well staffed with trained adult volunteers and assistants. Our classrooms are open to viewing at any time by a Small Group Director or a parent.

River Kids Worship is a dynamic time of praise, worship, Bible lessons, games, videos, puppets, and much more.
River Kids Alive!
Grades 1 - 5

A praise and worship experience for children in grades 1 - 5. River Kids Alive combines children's choir, sign language, praise, and relevant teaching from God's Word. They meet on Sunday evenings at 6:00pm in Room 302.

AWANA Clubs

AWANA is an awesome time of games, Scripture memory, and applying Biblical truths. AWANA holds special events throughout the year for participants such as T&T Bible Quiz, Spark-A-Rama, camp out/lock in, and much more!
